LOTUS CRUSH

Lotus Crush are a passionate, anthemic rock outfit featuring former Driveblind vocalist Terry McDermott and Candlebox guitarist Peter Klett.

In 2011 Lotus Crush released their debut album, Half-Light Morning, on Fontana. However, a year later McDermott began competing on the NBC reality singing competition The Voice, where he ultimately finished as the show’s first male runner-up. Despite his solo success, McDermott decided to stick with Lotus Crush, and in 2015 the group returned with its sophomore album, Rabbit Hole, featuring the single “Hearts and Minds.”

“Rabbit Hole” is brimming with poignant lyrics, dynamic instrumentals, and amazing vocals. McDermott’s distinctive voice exudes emotional intelligence, tugging at your heartstrings while Peter Klett’s masterful guitar artistry embellishes the compositions with an elegant effortless power. Together, they craft a musical experience that resonates deep within, a harmonious blend of thought-provoking lyric themes and soul-stirring melodies.
